What should I do if I was unable to request my statutory credit report online?

We use a range of security checks during the online registration journey to confirm your identity. This is to ensure credit report information is protected from being accessed fraudulently. If your online request to get a copy of your credit report was unsuccessful, we are unable to override this for security reasons. In this instance we would recommend that you submit a request for a paper copy of your statutory credit report here. Alternatively, you can do this by completing the paper request form found here and sending it to:

TransUnion Consumer Services Team
PO BOX 647
Unit 4
HULL
HU9 9QZ

Unlike the online journey, one of our customer service agents will manually process your paper copy request and ask for further information to verify you if necessary.

If you would like to request your statutory credit report from either of the other credit reference agencies their details are below;

Experian Online Report - https://www.stat.experian.co.uk/.

Or by downloading the request form here, and sending it to Experian at the address below;

Experian Ltd
PO Box 8000

Equifax Online Report - https://www.equifax.co.uk/Products/credit/statutory-report

Or by downloading the request form here, and sending it to Equifax at the address below;

Checking your credit report or score won't affect your ability to get credit, no matter how many times you check it.
