Alternatively, you may want to exercise your access right to your statutory credit report by making a postal application, please refer to TransUnion's main Contact Us page for contact details.

To obtain your Statutory Credit Report on paper, you will need to complete our printable application form and send this into us by post. A copy of your credit report will then be posted to you within 7 days of your application form being received.
